If you are looking for a place to grow, we encourage you to apply at Midland States Bank, because you belong here.Position SummaryThe Solutions Engineer (BI) Salesforce will report to the Team Lead Salesforce and is responsible for designing, interfacing, building, and maintaining our Sales and Financial Solutions.Responsibilities:Participate in the on-going development and support of existing applications.Participates in meetings with customers & management.Work with customers and partners to drive out business requirements.Perform applications setup.Assist in the design and execution of test plansRecognize & escalate issues within the CRM applications.Develop problem identification/resolution skills.

Contribute to delivering the solution.Be task focused & prepared to do a variety of tasks in a changing environmentPresent ideas in a concise and focused manner.

Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or similar required.
