We’re currently hiring for a remote-based Sales Coach, Call Center Manager in the Western U.S.

to join our Personal Lines Insurance Sales Team who will be responsible for supporting, building, and strengthening an already experienced and strong team of licensed P& C insurance agents.Job OverviewAs a Call Center Manager at DealerPolicy, you must enjoy working in a busy sales environment where you will coach, lead, and manage a team of 10-15 insurance sales advisors in a remote setting.

We’re looking for a self-starter that flourishes in a fast-paced environment full of change.Daily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesAccomplish team results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching and praising job resultsResponsible for performance evaluations and monthly quality and productivity profile and feedback to team membersMonitor metrics for team and create corrective processes to meet customer and company needsAdministers performance management, recognition, and disciplinary actions on a timely basisPerforms routine call quality reviews on recorded or live calls according to Call Center procedures for Client AdvisorsSet and execute on priorities for self and team based on department strategic goalsImproves quality results by evaluating processes and recommending changes.
