Be successful as a TOP Retention or Sales Professional with one of the below available positions: Inbound Retention Agent $14.50 $37.00/ hour Full Time ( $500 New Hire Bonus) As a Retention Agent you will be using all your available tools and resources to persuade the customer to continue DISH Network services, without giving up after the first objection. Sometimes callers will be upset, and occasionally they may just be calling to lower their bill. Regardless of the reason a customer is calling in we want to show empathy to the customer, identify their concerns, overcome any objections they may have, and SELL them on keeping their account/services with Dish. Inbound Sales Agent $14.00 $32.00 / hour, Full Time As a Sales Agent you will be responsible for sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about pricing, services, and technology for DISH Network. 100% inbound calls explaining the value of products and services, overcoming objections, and building client’s trust with absolutely no cold-calling Requirements: 1 year of Sales experience preferred Goal oriented, self-motivated, confident, thick skinned, thorough and tenacious Adaptable and flexible to change.
