Remote Client Services Specialist

Equisolve, Inc.

This is a Full-time position in Washington, DC posted October 28, 2021.

Equisolve prides itself in being best-in class in client services and is seeking to add a talented, motivated, Client Services Specialist. As a Client Services Specialist you will be the key point of contact for all clients in making updates to the Investor Relations websites using a content management system. The ability to balance speed and accuracy are all critical to being successful in this role as well as being able to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.

What You”ll Be Doing

  • Act as part of the Equisolve Client Services team that is the main point of contact for all client requests after initially going live
  • Work from a ticket system to complete website updates generated by client requests and automated press releases and SEC filings
  • Utilize the internal CMS to make website content updates as requested by clients and generated by automated processes
  • Complete all work accurately and timely based on set SLAsAct as an internal expert in the client’s earnings process and make website updates as needed during earnings
  • Support earnings events through webcast management
  • Communicate directly with clients to update them on the status of their requests or to clarify any questions if needed to complete the request
  • Provide direction and recommendations to client based on best practices
  • Communicate across internal teams to involve them when needed for additional development or creative work
  • Work across internal teams to highlight any system or platform issues and to identify new feature opportunities
  • Act as an expert in the CMS system and complete client trainings on the CMS as needed

About You

  • Experienced working in fast-paced customer centric environments
  • Experienced in web content management and/or system management tools
  • Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and SLAs
  • Ability to multitask
  • Comfortable in interacting with all levels of contacts (CEOs, Execs, Business Owners)
  • Help desk, client services or project management experience is preferred
  • Experienced in working with web design agency or digital company/division is preferred
