The company delivers these benefits through an industry-leading combination of partnerships with car dealers, a growing insurance carrier network, and team of licensed insurance advisors ready to help bind their policies.Job OverviewAs a Bilingual Insurance Agent, you will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers with the support of DealerPolicy’s cutting edge technology products, by:(1) Handling an average of 150 inbound leads per month with motivated real-time buyers(2) Using multiple carrier systems while preparing & cross-selling personalized quotes(3) Providing expert advice and recommendations to our customers and clients(4) Closing sales at a strong conversion rate from your high inbound lead flow (no cold calling)(5) Earn high compensation for sales closers who convert and round buyers at strong levels RequirementsA valid Property and Casualty insurance licenseBilingual in Spanish and English18 months experience selling auto insuranceSuperior personal lines insurance knowledgePersuasive; persistent and confident in closing a sale in fast paced settingSelf-initiative to continuously follow up with warm leads to drive deals to completionWork 4 days/week, Off 3 days/week.
