Essendant is looking for seasonal sourcers to help with summer recruiting!Very flexible hours, EXCELLENT TEAM environment.Primary PurposeThis position serves as a resource for the centralized recruiting team by providing support in the area of candidate generation, development of candidate pipelines, resume review and candidate pre-screening.

Primary focus is on high volume, non-exempt distribution center and call center positions with secondary focus on exempt managerial, sales and corporate functional positions.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as a resource to the centralized recruiting team by creating and executing sourcing strategies to fuel the candidate pipeline.Review resume´s and pre-screen potential candidates; determine viability foropportunities; recommend viable candidates for interviews; turns down unqualified candidates; disposition candidates within applicant tracking system; schedule in-person interviews.Is recognized as an expert in sourcing candidates and developing sourcing channels.Places employment ads in appropriate sources.Provides a positive candidate experience and ensures positive representation of our company brand and reputation within the marketplace.e´ mining on career boards and within applicant tracking system.

Identify new sources to positively impact candidate flow including diversity and military sources, internet, cold calling, networking internally and externally, industry directories, etc.Flex support within team based on needs of the business or region.Understands and demonstrates Essendant’s’ Core Values and Guiding Actions.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/Ability/OtherExperience with sourcing and building candidate pipelines.Previous experience using applicant tracking system preferred.

Self-starter / Self-motivated.Interest and ability to move into a full-cycle recruitment position.Proficient with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.
