Title: Corporate Recruiter – Remote (Must be based in KC) and available to travel throughout the Kansas City, MO area

Advantage xPO is looking for a Recruiter to support their Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) division. The primary purpose of this position is to source up to the offer process for a leading Manufacturing client. The duties related to this position include scheduling intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing, submitting candidates to hiring managers with appropriate write up, schedule interviews and extending verbal offers. This position will report to the Recruiting Manager.

Essential Functions                                                         

  • Full life cycle recruitment; intake meetings, establishing sourcing strategy, sourcing, screening, submitting qualified applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting post interview sessions, extending verbal offer.
  • Perform recruiting activities including advertising and sourcing positions including but not limited to, social media recruiting, job board recruiting, networking, job fair attendance, direct sourcing, working in client’s ATS system
  • Conduct thorough interviews, and testing (if applicable) required to maintain a pool of talent at all times for hourly industrial positions
  • Manage applicants in Client’s ATS system
  • Negotiate Pay Rates based on position.
  • Maintain constant communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure all parties remain engaged in recruitment cycle.
  • Participate in networking opportunities within the community both virtually and in person
  • Travel required as needed; at minimum once a week to 2 locations
  • Work on projects applicable to account as needed.


  • Minimum of 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience ideally within an RPO setting but will also consider combination of corporate recruitment and staffing experience.
  • Must have experience recruiting hourly positions, preferably within the manufacturing/ light industrial and professional space.
  • Corporate recruiting experience is a major plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have ATS experience moving candidates through the workflow
  • Willingness to travel when necessary
  • Knowledge of employment laws, company policies and procedures to make informed decisions regarding placements
  • Ability to establish relationships with clients, peers, candidates, talent and centers of influence to drive business
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and industry trends based on markets and businesses supported

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Light Industrial experience
