In this position, you’ll be charged with recruiting top-tier candidates for key clients– from start-ups through Fortune 500 companies.

Compensation for this role is base salary plus commission , so you should be prepared and interested in working in a sales-oriented environment with uncapped earning potential.

While we do not require previous sales experience, it certainly is helpful.

Most important, though, is for you to bring a positive attitude, grit, the ability to work in a team, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful.

You”ll be provided the training and resources you need to become an expert, but you”ve got to have the drive to succeed.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing the full life cycle of recruiting in support of both local and national accounts for Titan Staffing Solution’s line of business.

Identify key talent for hire or contract positions with Titan Staffing Solution”s clients Utilizing all possible avenues to ensure complete coverage on key jobs.

Including but not limited to: Existing Database candidates, Personal network/pipeline, Referrals, Job Boards, LinkedIn/other social media, and cold calling Ensuring high attention to detail, thorough candidate screening, and constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, as well as post-placement Qualifications: Competitive and Goal-Driven Outstanding client service focus Ability to establish credibility with multiple constituencies Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills The ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities is an essential Self-guided/motivated professional that works thoroughly to the logical end of a task, requesting appropriate assistance when necessary.

Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Previous sales and/or recruiting experience is strongly desired Individuals who have served in people-facing roles such as business development , account management, sales director, director of recruiting, director of admissions, servers/bartender, hospitality, and insurance sales are historically fantastic at what we do
