Recruitment SourcerThis position is being offered as a hybrid telecommuting 9/80 flex work schedule.SummaryA Recruitment Sourer will partner with the Recruiting Manager to help identify and fulfil strategies leading to increased resume traction.Primary DutiesPartner with the Recruitment Manager to understand the talent needs of the business and develop an effective search strategy to build candidate pipelines for our organization.Identifies leads, tracks conversion metrics, and builds/maintains a talent pool for future needs.

Responsible for the development of and execution of search techniques to generate a pool of quality candidates for open and/or projected positions.Build relationships with potential candidates while influencing them to see Didi Hirsch as the “Employer of Choice” by representing the brand and values at all times.Maintain a detailed, up-to-date portfolio of candidates
– active and passive.Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and use direct methods to engage with that talent; including personal emails, cold calling, referrals and internal networks.Participate in intake meetings with the hiring team to develop and refine the proper profile for targeting candidates.RequirementsMust possess 2 years of demonstrated success and research experience from an agency, RPO or other high volume recruitment environment.Professional experience in sourcing to include Internet, LinkedIn Recruiter, research and cold-calling, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems.A track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within unique functional skillsets.Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
