The Modern Compute Solutions Group (MCSG) at Dell is looking for a researcher, location of work in Austin, Texas or remote.What youll achieveThe Advanced Solutions Planning team vision is to enable Dell and MCSG to deliverinnovative anddelightfulcustomer experiences, grounded in data driven research, that drive value for our customers.As aResearcher on this team, you will conduct studies and provide data and insights in support of MCSG product development.

You will plan and execute work in collaboration with product planners, internal subject matter experts, external consultants, and Dell customers.

You will:Support business decision making with analyses of our customers, their problems, and potential solutions Plan and execute market, competitive, discovery/generative, and end user research projectsInterpret and synthesize data from multiple sources; review and provide input to third-party market research studiesSummarize key findings and actionable recommendations in presentations, reports, and meetings Present and communicate insights to cross-functional and executivestakeholdersTake the first step towards your dream careerEach Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

Heres what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsExperience problem solving, scoping projects and delivering them over time, without project management oversightThe ability to develop and convey ideas in precise language, in written reports and in-person presentationsDeductive and intuitive research skills; pattern recognition skillsProficient with data analytics, particularly customer feedback and survey dataFoundational knowledge of population statistics tied to research e.G.

margins of error and sample sizingDesirable Requirements3+ years in research, marketing, and/or product marketingBA in Liberal Arts, Business, or Economics.

Cultural Studies, Journalism, and other interdisciplinary critical studies are of specific interest.

MBA a plus, not required.
