What you’ll achieve

  • Delivering an end-to-end user centered design process across some of Dell’s most exciting end user computing devices

We are looking for experienced candidates who are comfortable taking accountability and can adapt easily to meet the needs of our rapidly evolving business. The ideal candidate is customer focused, results driven, innovative, works well on a team, and acts with integrity.


  • Conducting relevant UX research and translating that research into effective design solutions

  • Working across functions to deliver best in class experiences for our customers

  • Leading the experience definition for the next generation of Dell client products

  • Understating how hardware/software solutions work together to form cohesive ecosystems for our customers

  • Serving as a strong UX ambassador at our Austin Design Center

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in UX Research/Product Design, Graduate degree preferred

  • Submission of a portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of user centered design principles

  • 8-12 years of experience working with hardware/software ecosystems

  • Experience with conveying research findings and resulting designs effectively at the executive level

  • Have a positive attitude and are open to learning in a fast-paced studio environment

Desirable Requirements

  • Graduate Degree in UX Research/Product Design plus 6-10 years of experience in UX Research
