Sr. Analyst Loyalty Marketing Analytics (Remote, Work from Home NV)

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for generating insights about the use and effectiveness of various program components, and make recommendations for improvements to the program that would increase loyalty for particular customer segments.

In addition, the analyst will perform ad-hoc research into the effectiveness of partnerships of the program to measure their contribution on program goals.

* Analyzes data sets and extracts key insights using various economic, financial, customer and marketing methodologies.
* Synthesizes data, insights, and consumer research to create presentations that make fact-based recommendations.
* Assists the Senior Manager, Loyalty Analytics to create materials and insights necessary for senior leaders and our customers.
* Develops analytics capabilities across aligned functional areas and properties.

Helps identify best practices and ensures they are adhered to.
* Reviews findings with and makes recommendations to the EA leadership and business partners.
* Assist junior team members with the generation and discussion of key insights.
* Makes recommendations for improvements to Value Measurement process to ensure business cases are adequately reflected.
* Perform other job-related duties as requested.
* This position is primarily a work from home position.

Due to the responsibilities of the position, there will be circumstances when being at one of our properties or offices is required.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent education and work experience.
* 3+ years of experience in the relevant subject area expertise (e.g.

industry or function) with experience in driving business performance through operational insights and analytics.
* Passion for marketing analytics and constant inquisitiveness.

Experience with Microsoft Excel.

* Experience with CRM tools.
* Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in writing and executing SQL queries.
* Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
* Experience in hospitality marketing.
* Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.

* Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

* Ability to self-manage while consistently exercising good judgment and maturity.
* Ability to appropriately manage confidential departmental and corporate information.
* Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment managing multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
* Must possess ability to prioritize conflicting duties and maintain timeline integrity for projects and tasks.

* Must have excellent written, verbal and public presentation communication skills.
* Must have initiative and strive for continuous improvement.
* Proven ability to participate in implementing innovative ideas, projects and business solutions.
* Ability to anticipate situations, tools needed, and obstacles through critical thinking and review of business performance.
* Ability to gather process information and make recommendations and decisions based on data and findings.
* Ability to produce high quality work products, with consistency, accuracy and completeness.
* Ability to listen effectively, process information, ask appropriate questions for clarification and execute tasks accordingly.
* Must have technical functional knowledge on BI strategy and tools and should be a primary liaison with IM stakeholders.
* Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to MGM Resorts International standards
