This is a Full-time position in Santa Ana, CA posted September 14, 2021.

Responsible for working closely with the business, identifying and attracting top talent for an assigned client group.

Uses a variety of sourcing techniques to search for, screen, and identify candidates for managers, filling open positions with quality candidates.Essential Functions:Works with other members of the recruiting organization to fill open requisitions for a wide range positions.Manages and participates in requisition flow and applicant screening process.

Summarizes results of screening and makes recommendations.Provides up-to-date recruiting status activity on regular basis.

Recommends alternative solutions to difficult to fill positions.Skills:Must have 3+ years of recent recruiting/sourcing experience in a corporate environment, preferably from a large company environmentPlease note this is NOT a full-cycle recruiting role.

Focus is on sourcing and screening.

No interaction with internal hiring managers.Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, HRIS/AT systems and web based applicationsStrong investigative/research skills for sourcing candidates and learning about jobs and technologies for assigned client group.
