Computershare Technology Services (CTS) provides global technology and infrastructure/support services for existing Computershare proprietary software together with a full range of development services for new products.

CTS globally has approximately 1,500 employees and is made up of Service Delivery, Development Centre of Excellence, Digital Centre of Excellence and 6 technology groups aligned to our global business lines.

A role you will love

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work with a multitude of external and internal customers and the IT department to facilitate deep understanding of application requirements and specifications for existing and new applications for more complex business processes. The BSA will coordinate and report on IT projects and tasks and assist the Manager, Product Owners (PO) & Systems Analysis in scoping and prioritizing IT tasks. They will augment the PO with deeper technical knowledge and understanding of the applications to ensure designs are complete, concise, and all-inclusive in support of PO defined requirements. The BSA will ensure that systems documentation, both user and technical, is maintained and relevant, as well as training and support documentation. With their deep understanding of our systems, they may be called on to provide tier 1 troubleshooting and understanding related to system behavior.

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for assessing business requirements and translating them into technical system design specifications. They will participate as a member of an agile team or on larger initiatives and demand management items based on team and initiative needs, as well as the individual’s expertise and interests.

The BSA will also correspond with both internal and external customers in response to queries received, providing accurate written or verbal guidance and interpretation in order to maintain high quality customer service standards.

What will you bring to the role?


  • 2+ years of Business Systems Analyst background
  • Able to work under pressure and set, work, and deliver to tight deadlines/milestones
  • Ability to work with demanding stakeholders located in multiple regions/locations and develop strong working relationships
  • Previous experience in Business Analysis and elicitation of business requirements
  • Change Management
  • Reasoning Ability: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Risk Mitigation


  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies

Compensation. $65-85,000
