RESPONSIBILITIES: You will do Our AVEVA Platform Owners will be responsible for maximizing the value created from the platforms they own.

This includes:
– Owning a platform or set of platforms specific to a business segment or specific function (ex.

sales, marketing, Finance, integrations)
– Actively engaging and collaborating with the business function owners and all relevant stakeholders across the Enterprise to define, harmonise and manage the roadmap for each platform inclusive of any major releases or minor releases and dependencies upon the platform.

– Managing the ongoing lifecycle of the platform including initial launch, ongoing performance management, budget management, resource management, through to retirement
– Keeping abreast of emerging capabilities for the platform and the functions being supported
– Defining platform principles/standards which adhere to best in class enterprise blueprints
– Provide leadership and guidance to IT and business stakeholders regarding resource and budget needs, ROI definition, operational capabilities and supportability for their platforms
– Drive design decisions that support the best customer/user experience and promote the overarching platform strategy
– Serve as a point of escalation for platform related defects and major incidents SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: You will have
– 5 years experience in entitlement automation
– 5 years experience in order processing and contract automation or operations
– Strong communication skills
– Expert in technology
– strategy and planning
– Strong relationship builder
– Proven history working in digital area with Cloud based software solutions from contract to fulfilment and digital entitlement management PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Nice to have
– Enterprise level software delivery experience
– Systems architecture experience
– Software development background
