Customer Success Associate (Remote)

This is a Full-time position in San Francisco, CA posted September 8, 2021.

At Plato, we’re on a mission to help engineering managers become great leaders.

Our platform intelligently matches “mentees” to highly experienced engineering leaders of various backgrounds to help resolve their most pressing management challenges.

After raising over $3M from SaaStr’s Jason Lemkin, Slack, Zoom CEO Eric Yuan, and more earlier this year, we’ve experienced exceptional and rapid growth.

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate (Talent Coach) who will augment the current team of 8 to help face the growing demand of our mentorship program.

As a Talent Coach, you are the mentees’ gateway to our amazing community of 1000+ mentors.

Mentorships aren’t always easy which is why your role is critical to ensuring that mentees get the most out of the platform.

You will be working directly with our users conducting discussions on how they can achieve their goals, matching them with suitable mentors, and ultimately assisting them on their journey to become successful tech leaders.

Key Missions
For your assigned pool of mentees, your main goal is to be a resource for each individual, understand their challenges, track their progress, match them with mentors, and solve support requests.

Key Activities
Onboarding calls with new mentees to set them up for success Check-in calls with mentees to ensure they are on track and to measure their progress Respond and react to key events (rescheduling, declines, no-shows, etc) Ongoing logistical support (rescheduling, rematching, etc) Very few companies have the potential to do something truly meaningful to actually help others.

Please note: Our team is fully remote
– the only requirement for your location is that you are able to commit to a 3-4 hour overlap with PST (the majority of our team is based out of San Francisco).
