Incumbent responsibilities include work in the areas of user and systems requirements and analysis, computer systems, network support, batch processing, system maintenance, incident management and data/database analysis/administration.

Incumbent assists in design, development, testing, documentation, implementation and support of quality solutions within targeted timeframes.Analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies.Monitor and collect data on system performance.Plan, develop and implement backup and recovery procedures.Generate reporting statistics to identify trending issuesSchedule vendor maintenance and repair activitiesPerform Change functions to assure maximum performance and reliabilityPerform software reloads and upgrades for desktop computer systemsDevelop, enhance and maintain documentation for Information Systems***Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7pm 7amAt Edward Jones, we value and respect our associates and their contributions, and we recognize individual efforts through a rewards program that promotes a long-term career, financial security and well-being.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:Hiring Minimum: $65,656Hiring Maximum: $108,268Ability to work in a 24/7 365 environmentBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent related work experience.Minimum of 5 years of Analytical and Technical Experience.Certification in computer science, network administration, Microsoft, or telecommunications specialty programs may be considered in meeting the education and training guidelinesExperience with Linux command line and mainframe production support preferred FORTUNE 2020 Edward Jones was named No.
