With the data explosion and new investment in semiconductors, it’s an exciting place to be.**Key Responsibilities**+ Collaborate with functional and technical staff to assist researching, coordinating and implementing HRMS upgrades or fix in Test and Production environments, document changes and testing results+ Assists developing, debugging, and implementing HRMS including reports, interfaces, maintain tables and data fixes+ Actively monitor data integrity and correct problems as they occur+ Continually seek and implement process improvement opportunities+ Develop, maintain, and distribute complex custom reports+ Researches and resolves HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.+ Use project management skills in managing projects.
