ICAM Administrator (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ICAM Administrator (Remote) in Jacksonville, FL.

Summary: The ICAM is heavily supporting IT Security and Risk’s implementation of the multi-year Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiative.

ICAM is currently charged with remediating stale, orphaned, mis-provisioned accounts as we transition to more robust Access Management systems.

This position processes IT access requests, conducts compliance checks including CenterPoint Risk Detection, Terminated Users, Inactive users in Active Directory and view of users with access to sensitive Security groups.

In addition, this position assists in issue resolution raised to the IT Compliance and Access Management (ICAM) Team.

ICAM also plays a key role in the design, configuration, testing and technical knowledge documentation in our IAM solutions.

This position is needed to support the heavy lift in managing several IAM projects.

Responsibilities: Fulfill identity and access requests submitted and approved through Service Now System
– myService Perform analysis on any incidents related to the fulfillment of identity and access requests Aid with any cleanup efforts in the Identify Administration area Model ethical behavior and execute job responsibilities in accordance with core values, ethics, and information protection policies Ensure that customer access requests are completed within defined SLA Perform ticket management, user access management, user access attestations, process compliance validations, and participate in project meetings, operational improvement, and issue resolution sessions Manage Identity and access within Active Directory, CyberArk, Oracle, and other account provisioning systems by following the guidelines provided
Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED / equivalent Two are ore years of experience preforming access management responsibilities relevant to position in an enterprise environment Preferred Education: Associate degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field or two years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant work experience Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNOW, JIRA, etc.
