SMB Sales Executive

LRN is seeking an SMB Sales Executive to join our US sales team and sign new corporate clients throughout North America. This is an ideal position for a high-performing sales representative, with 2-5 years of B2B sales experience.

The right candidate will have the drive, skills and track record to deliver anywhere from $100K to $500K+ in SaaS sales depending on their past experience.

The individual in this role will have the opportunity to

  • Build a sales pipeline to deliver $100k to $500k in annual SaaS sales
  • Set your own appointments through managing email campaigns, cold calling and converting inbound web leads
  • Manage entire sales cycle from running discovery meetings to securing contract signature
  • Develop expertise in key areas such as Workplace Diversity, Corporate Ethics and Learning Technology
  • Build your network of C-Level champions including General Counsels, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officers, and HR Executives
  • Manage, track and report all activities in and HubSpot


  • A high-performing sales professional with 2-5+ years of experience selling B2B solutions
  • Experience in HR, Learning or Legal Tech preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver $100K to $500K annual quota selling to Fortune 2000 companies
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Comfortable cold calling, to build top of pipeline funnel supplementing inbound leads generated by marketing
  • Familiar with core functionality; HubSpot experience preferred
  • High energy and positive work ethic
  • Demonstrate a high degree of ethics and integrity
  • BA/BS degree required
