Sales Lead (Brand Development)- Remote


This is a Full-time position in washington, DC posted October 28, 2021.


The Sales Lead is an individual who is passionate about attracting and closing new brand partnerships. In addition to qualifying and closing brand partnerships, this individual will be responsible for individual goals related to outbound reach, connecting, and networking. They will lead the Brand Development Team to success by equipping team members, always looking to learn and grow, as well as meet or exceed team related financial goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-7 years in a Sales role with SaaS or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) background

  • Inside Sales Experience- previous focus on hunting new logos and building a business

  • Experience working in a fast-paced business development role with ambitious goals

  • Goal oriented, Top 10%%%% Sales Professional- Loves the scoreboard and loves to win

  • High level of confidence using video in the Sales Process

  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to be pleasantly persistent

  • Ability and desire to help team members achieve success

  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to interface with with various levels of leadership within an organization

  • Tolerance for a high growth, high expectation environment with the ability to change and grow quickly

  • BONUS: Experience working directly with Amazon or an Amazon Agency
