Client Engagement Manager (Remote)

We are seeking to add a talented Client Engagement Manager (Remote) to our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services. What you will do Manage selected projects for: New client implementations, product development and new feature and function Perform project design and create plans, aligning resources, timelines and deliverables Collect clients’ business requirements and translate them into internal technical business requirements for development and composition teams. Communicate project progress/status and highlight risks and options, managing expectations and proposing creative solutions. Provide clear and actionable reporting and metrics Coordinate all aspects of testing (functional, performance, QA, UAT, etc.). Work closely with stakeholders to manage user experience, understand and prioritize requirements, conduct training, perform demos, and create documentation What You Will Need to be Successful Basic Qualifications Minimum 2 years doing project management in a client facing role with demonstrated experience: Handling data-related projects Using project management software (Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.) Experience with electronic data interchange preferred; knowledge of XML considered a significant plus Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred Experience with agile methodologies a plus Preferred Qualifications Customer service oriented, excellent written, verbal communication, time management skills and learns processes quickly Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to keep things moving and staying on track Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially word and excel in a project management environment Benefits: PTO Medical, dental, vision plans, employee assistance program, as well as life insurance and LTD plans Supplemental life insurance Voluntary accident and critical illness insurance, respectively Flexible Spending Account available 401k plan OSG offers equal employment opportunity and will not discriminate on the bases of race, religion, color, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), parental status, national origin, age, disability, family medical history or genetic information, political affiliation, military service, or other non-merit based factors.
