Frost & Sullivan is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics and Customer Insights to deliver critical customer insights and support strategic business decisions to enable Frost & Sullivan to identify the right customers and deliver the right customer experience.

As a leader in the organization, you will manage a global team, be able to work with all levels of the organization, and work closely with the global VP of Marketing to enable efficient market spend and customer acquisition and retention.

The successful candidate will be able to articulate technical and analytical information in order to support problem solving and transform strategy and effectively communicate metrics to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Marketing Analytics and Customer Insights team with a focus on optimizing marketing investments and improving customer engagement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Support the Global VP of Marketing in strategic decision making, business monitoring, and opportunity development (testing new ideas).
  • Design and implement processes to ensure reliability in the data infrastructure, data processes, and insights sharing.
  • Ensure that customer segmentation is in line with Frost & Sullivan’s service offerings and customer experience strategy
  • Measure marketing program effectiveness with emphasis on customer lifecycle and strong understanding of customer / activity and value.
  • Maintain customer and marketing dashboards for day-to-day management of critical KPI’s across all marketing investments and customer engagement channels.
  • Create customer segmentation and targeting models for Customer Engagement.
  • Develop predictive models to support customer targeting and lifecycle management.
  • Manage and direct global cross functional teams, ensuring both adherence to global standards as well as regional flexibility to accommodate local conditions

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in customer marketing and analytics, 5+ years of team management experience
  • eCommerce experience, with focus on marketing / customer analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline (e.g.

    Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering), MBA Preferred

  • Proven track record of setting direction for your team, working with Senior Leaders to understand insights and design strategy and establish priorities
  • Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record using data to deliver insights and design strategies to optimize customer engagement investments
