Manager, Content Design & Production (Remote)

About the Role

The Content & Production Manager is responsible for producing and maintaining high quality and consistently branded content across internal and external channels to enhance and improve corporate and executive communications. In this role you’ll own the creation of collateral that effectively communicate complex ideas and articulate CrowdStrike’s core messages in a compelling way. This includes the development, delivery and maintenance of materials over time, as well as the scaling of their delivery across multiple technology platforms.As a compelling storyteller with a keen eye for design, you’ll create visually appealing deliverables including presentation and email design as well as intranet design and maintenance. You’ll enhance the brand by creating cohesive experiences with a consistent look, feel, voice and tone.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead internal marketing content creation efforts in collaboration other internal teams, i.e. creative services, internal communications, social media, talent brand, employee experience, and diversity, equity & inclusion
  • Create exceptional digital content and experiences that serve user needs as well as business goals
  • Maintain and optimize CrowdStrike’s intranet, overseeing all content production, editorial direction , site maintenance and look and feel
  • Deliver expertise in applying a range of content design & strategy methods (ensure sync with brand, voice, and tone guidelines, using content and design systems, user data) to enhance corporate communications content
  • Oversee internal Content Design and advocate for the role it plays in the ’look and feel’ of the overall experience
  • Conceptualize and design branded PowerPoint decks for key stakeholders

What You’ll Need

  • 5-7+ years of content design & production experience
  • Have a portfolio of content work that demonstrates your content design process and the work’s impact and influence in successfully delivering value and meeting organizational objectives
  • Thrive on building something new and making an impact on our users
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint & Keynote
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools
  • Light HTML to assist in email and intranet formatting

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in Colorado the salary range is $108,026 – $162,040 + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
