Project Manager, Global Real Estate & Workplace (Remote US)

The role of Global Real Estate & Workplace Project Manager is to support the Corporate Real Estate team in developing and implementing processes that align with the real estate strategy and reflect industry best practices on an international scale.

The Project Manager is responsible for lease management and global real estate activities by maintaining real estate documentation, ensuring data and report accuracy and document control.

The Project Manager will define project objectives, execute, and finalize projects according to strict quality standards and deadlines.

In this dynamic role, the Project Manager must be organized, detail-oriented with superb communication skills and a passion for outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including finance, legal, procurement, and operations to create a strategic roadmap and execute the global real estate strategy across multiple time zones.

-Direct and manage project development through its life cycle

-Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals

-Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

-Create project timelines and use appropriate tools to ensure project milestones are met

-Continually drive process improvements, deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations

-Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion

-Build, develop, and grow business relations vital to the success of each project

-Conduct project “lessons learned” meetings and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

-Support workplace initiatives to create a safe, efficient, and collaborate built environment

-Travel may be required in order to attend project meetings, manage relationships, and visit project sites

Key Skills & Experience 

This position requires a minimum of 2 years related office administration experience.

Strong individual contributor with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth and results driven environment.

Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail.

-Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, with focus on planning and execution

-Ability to prioritize effectively with keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

-Able to work well with others and create strong field and corporate relationships

-Dedication to deliver consistent customer service internally and externally

-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Ability to perform under pressure, react with urgency, and take effective action with little or no guidance

-Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding service

-Taking the lead and the ability to ‘make things happen’

-Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.

-Experience using typical software for managing projects and ability to learn new project management software quickly

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Preferred Education: Real Estate Management, Construction & Facilities Management, Business Management with an emphasis in Real Estate, or equivalent degree program.
