Sales Director/Senior Sales Director, Enterprise – Remote

The Director of Enterprise Sales will have a proven track record for delivering on or exceeding revenue goals from within the SaaS platform sales industry.

The candidate must be highly motivated and independent, with out-of-the-box thinking and high business development skills, extremely organized, creative, and with outstanding communication and negotiating skills.

This position will be responsible for an exciting platform that changes the way videos are managed, distributed and marketed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically identify, target, and perform outbound marketing to new prospects 
  • Build, lead and grow your own book of business
  • Drive significant growth in the market with new clients, achieving or exceeding individual quota
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to multiple C-level executives the value of our solution and securing budgets, while ensuring our solution helps with their KPIs
  • Work with large Enterprise Companies as well as some medium sized businesses, across multiple verticals
  • Communicate on and deliver accurate forecasts on your business
  • You will be supported by a team of customer success engineers as well as other internal teams, and must ensure collaboration between those teams
  • Manage a complex, solution sale with a 3-12 month sales cycle 
  • Attend trade-shows, actively engage attendees and initiate conversations with prospects 


You may be a match for this role if you have:

  • 10+ years enterprise software sales experience, selling SaaS solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, prior experience in AI, data and video technologies is a plus
  • A track record of success in selling business applications and complex solutions
  • Proven success of working within a highly matrixed organization maintaining great internal relationships
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
    – demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Demonstrable knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in key verticals
  • Ability to travel as needed, and when it’s safe
