This 200-employee, Series A firm, which has received $40 million in funding from Goldman Sachs and Valor Ventures, is seeking an SDR Manager to lead a remote team of eight (8) Sales Development Reps.

This is a remote role, although you must live in the Atlanta area, and you will have the option of working from our headquarters office there.

Role

* Leadership role, working from your home office in the Atlanta metro area.

* $80k base, $120k OTE.

Accelerators, Fortune 500-level benefits, and 401(k) with 5% employer match round out the comp plan.

* 90% of your team’s leads are inbound – the primary role of the SDR team is to turn those leads into SQLs.

* 3 years of sales experience required – software and/or financial services background strongly preferred. 

* We are open to hiring someone who is currently an SDR leader, or an accomplished AE who is interested in leadership.

* You are a critical thinker with a talent for coaching and leveraging technology to optimize results

* Formal training on some branded sales methodology (Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) is helpful.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills required.

* Highly proficient in using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Tableau, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

We are seeking a Manager of Sales Development to join our growing team.

As a Manager of Sales Development, you will have the ability to help grow, scale, and develop a team of future Account Executives.

 

Responsibilities:

·     Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives to exceed monthly and quarterly goals

·     Accurately read/analyze performance data, as well as create actionable insights around said data

·     Develop proven tactics to increase prospect engagement and acquisition within target accounts

·     Constantly test and optimize prospect outreach tactics and messaging to increase conversion

·     Hire and efficiently onboard new team members

·     Be responsible for all performance reporting

·     Use understanding of outbound prospecting skills to help direct reports build predictable pipeline results

 

Requirements:

·     Critical thinker with a talent for coaching and leveraging technology to optimize results

·     2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role

·     1-3 years of experience as a team lead or Sales Development manager.

·     Proven outbound prospecting skills

·     Excellent time management and organizational skills

·     Highly proficient in using a Salesforce, SalesLoft, Tableau, Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office

·     Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

·     Positive and outgoing personality
