Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights – Growth Marketing – Remote


This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted December 23, 2021.

Hathway’s Growth Professional Services team is looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights to own measurement, reporting, and analysis design/production to support our Growth Marketing practice.

If you are experienced with establishing and enforcing measurement protocols, data visualization, data mining, advanced analytics needed to uncover insights, working with world-famous clients, and geeking out in general, then we’d love to connect with you.


• Work closely with Growth Marketing strategists to identify prospects for advanced analytics and modeling opportunities 

• Develop and maintain cadenced reporting within CRM and Loyalty platforms; migrate to dashboards within BI software Leverage and maintain the “Test and Learn” methodology established by the A&I department

• Participate and eventually automate the process of gathering key metrics for weekly, monthly and quarterly client reviews, identifying statistically significant changes in program performance requiring further investigation with additional analysis

• Progress toward an integrated CRM/Loyalty and Product performance report that provides a more complete picture of how everything is working together to motivate positive customer behavior 

• Leverage the Data, Measurement, and Analytiyoucs maturity model to help prioritize which A&I projects should be in the client’s roadmap

• Recommend and build out behavioral segmentations needed for targeted marketing

• Work directly with data executives at Hathway as well as key leaders for Tier 1 clients


• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or related field or equivalent education and experience 

• 7+ years experience in Marketing Analytics

• 5+ years experience creating reports and dashboards for internal and external clients

• 5+ years experience presenting to clients and/or internal senior leadership team members both remotely and in-person

• Ability to communicate actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions

• Detail oriented and organized with a high respect for quality control

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional/cultural environment

• Understanding of configuration for custom metrics and dimensions, custom variables, advanced e-commerce

• SAS, SPSS, R, Python, or other statistical programming experience a plus

• Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, Looker or other visualization software

• Foundational knowledge of SQL (Postgres/MySQL/Oracle/Server) and database architectureWorking knowledge of CDPs or tech stacks (like SFMC) a plus

• Familiarity with Loyalty Partner platforms preferred

• Experience with Marketing Analytics for QSRs, Fast Casual restaurants or convenience stores highly desired
