Position Title: Data Technology Manager Reports to: VP, Digital Strategy & Marketing IntelligenceRole: The Data Technology Manager will play a key role in serving as the liaison between HubSpot and Sales Force (our CRM/ Marketing/Web Management/Support Automation System) and our Marketing, Sales, Recruitment, and Compliance teams.

We desire an individual to help us get the most out of our HubSpot and Sales Force instance while discovering how to continually improve the way we leverage other technologies to create even more influence and efficiencies.

Responsibilities include:Manage the HubSpot and Sales Force based website and web templates.Support marketing initiatives, set-up and execution of email campaigns, manage forms for lead generation, build lists to refine target audiences, set-up messaging templates, manage landing pages, and enable posting content across multiple channels.Be ready to support requests from team members on HubSpot questions.Provide timely and accurate HubSpot and Sales Force reporting.Build, manage and maintain workflows for Automation.Build marketing campaigns and reports.Oversee and provide support for multiple pipelines within HubSpot and Sales Force.Handle data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and execute data migration/cleansing projects as required.Support the team with other operational functions of HubSpot and Sales Force.Maintain win/loss reporting including categorization in HubSpot and Sales Force.Oversee the creation and management of HubSpot properties on Contact, Company, and Deal records.Maintain ongoing communications with HubSpot support (Client Success Manager, Sales, and Customer Service Help Desk) for system updates and support.Work with all teams across True Care to ensure data integrity within the HubSpot environment including accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and a variety of custom objects.Oversee user access and permissions within HubSpot and Sales Force, and work with team leaders to determine appropriate user permissions, roles, and groups for all users.Perform technical troubleshooting as needed.Manage the technology strategy as we evolve our marketing tech stack.Create and maintain a configuration/data structure that is the foundational element of our sales and marketing funnel.Perform Data management for records within the system, ensuring standardization and good data hygiene.

Ensure data integrity as we integrate with other internal tools.Participate in the evaluation of our sales and marketing tech stack, providing input on how we continue to evolve the tools used to drive an effective selling machine.

Job Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience in support, analytics, and the HubSpot and Sales Force platform.Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytical initiatives.Problem-solving, attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Flexible and adaptable to change.Familiar with Salesforce is a plus
